Approval Workflow & Applicability Group

PolicyStat Team, need a refresher, what/which functionality does the Applicability Group selected on each Approval Workflow drive? Does this need to be required, especially since theApplicability group on each document drives which Site/Location the document is discoverable under?

Hi @Denny Chlebek , the Applicability on the Approval Workflow determines on which sites that Approval Workflow can be selected. It does not affect the visibility of the document itself.

Thanks @Lorrie Giesbrecht (PSA) Confirming that the Applicability Group selected for each Workflow can all be the same regardless of the Approval Workflow property used in the document.Also confirm, the Approval Workflow Configuration requesting the discrete Applicability group will not be used to drive future enhancements/development or statistical reporting.
